The tank body replacement truly exceeded my expectations. Firstly, I was really impressed with Diane Clark’s, (hopefully she’s still with you), ability to diagnose my problem over the phone and how quickly she was able to dispatch Tony, (a most competent and colorful character, very friendly and courteous), to effect the repair. A repair incidentally, that he was able to do immediately with exactly the part I needed, which was on his truck consigned to another of your customers for replacement that same day. So, between Diane, Tony and another driver, a replacement part was obtained leaving Tony able to go to the other customer after he left me. Now, that’s truly the definition of “Seamless”, which blows efficiency out of the water.

I wanted to thank you for the excellent maintenance at the Merano Court Pool this year.  It has been in very good condition even on the windy days in January.  I’m there almost every day so I get to see it frequently. Take care, Ted G.
